Procedure
- Applications can only be submitted electronically via the service portal. Please use the online form for this purpose.
- You will need a user account with ‘Mein Unternehmenskonto’ (MUK). MUK is the central, nationwide access account for digital administrative services provided by the federal government, the Länder and local authorities. You log in securely using an ELSTER organisation certificate based on your tax number.
- Once you have completed and submitted the online form, the system will send a confirmation of receipt to the inbox of your user account. You will also receive a confirmation email containing your application in PDF format.
- The relevant regional council will then communicate with you electronically, in writing or by telephone.
